Your time is important but there's always something you should consider too. Your sleeping
time. Why? Why not.
It's the time your body regains energy. Without it, do you
think you can still function in your everyday life? Of course, you're not.
A memoir that I can
still remember when I was twenty years old, I suffered from anemia, and the
doctor said that one of the causes of this is being lacked of sleep. Since then
I learned my lesson. I'd stop that old habit, whether I have something to do
for my study that needs to be submitted instantly, I will find a way, to do it.
Without forgetting my sleeping hour that I don't want to be at risk.
Just remember,
you're not a robot, or a computer, or an android, but a "human"
that's gifted a talent to sleep. Stop putting your health at risk, without the
right amount of it, potential diseases might occur in you.
Don't wait for it to happen. Think about it for yourself and your family as well.
